We left that place with somewhat mixed feelings.
On the plus side, we see the possibility of sleeping under the roof, which saved us from the rain. Then it's a great starting position in the direction of Krumlov and Lipno. The campsite has very tasty water from the borehole and there is also a small playground for children.
On the downside there are only sockets for caravans (adapters), the cleanliness and maintenance of the campsite was not great. The showers were sometimes not hot and you have to pay for them (water runs long enough though).
It's a more expensive no-campground so we expected a nicer environment and care of the site.
Next time we will opt for a no-camping site exclusively.
It's a small campsite with everything you need. Bonus is the Friday bread baking😉.

We were honestly disappointed with this place. The only advantage was that there is instant confirmation so you are sure to have a place to get stuck in. We arrived at the site late in the evening. No introduction to the site just the owner on enquiry said to find a place where there is a socket that we will see it.. I parked in the dark caravan between two wooden stakes and in the distance was only a small light. The showers were something awful. There were four stalls. The coin box is located in the hallway. But if you want a longer shower, be prepared to throw another 10kč on the heated corridor. But what was the biggest goal was that after throwing another coin you do not continue the shower where you were but maybe in the cabin next door. It doesn't add to the experience that the showers are dirty and unmaintained. Huge macate spiders (crossbreeders) the size of small crabs were swinging over the door. The drain from the showers when not running is next in the hallways. Shortcut get ready to wade through the water in the hallway. The grounds probably want mowing too.. we saw a restaurant in the photo so thought maybe breakfast in the morning or lunch before we left. Unfortunately around 12h still closed and no one at reception either even though it says from 9h so you are more or less left to call the owner with anything. It did not add to the stay that there are horses nearby and probably some cattle by the smell.. be prepared for an increased number of insects. We put up nets and always just run through.. even so, there were plenty of insects. The place isn't even pretty. There's no element of comfort. Just a horse corral off to the side where we saw a bad horse sign.. don't pet/feed or anything.. a yard full of solar panels and an EL fee. probably the biggest yet. Overall, we didn't like the price. It looked promising at 350k but after adding people and EL energy it came out to 700k for which we had an unrecognizably nicer experience and camping-free places. The only advantage of this place are probably the solar panel canopies for someone who has a tent when the rain is tailing or that they supposedly bake homemade bread in the pub on Fridays. The place was quiet though. So, for us, this is how we thank you for staying and we hope you will not take it to heart but just as a reminder of what to improve.
