The secluded plot in the forest is ideal for families with children and couples. It is a very quiet place, in the garden there is a heated swimming pool with a water temperature of 30°C (available unlimitedly) from May 1 to October 1. The garden also includes a covered pergola with a garden kitchen with gas barbecue, a tempered lounge with a screening room. The garden also has a children's playground, a sitting area by the pond with a fireplace, an outdoor fireplace with seating. The garden is lit, maintained and in addition to these services there is a heated bathroom with sufficient hot water (shower, toilet, sink) all year round.
A private wellness area can be used by arrangement on site / chargeable.

Really very nice place and we would love to go back there again! The owner takes impeccable care of the beautiful grounds. I just think that with full occupancy it must be kind of "cramped" :o) For me the only blemish on the beauty is the water from the local borehole.

Beautiful, quiet and very nicely maintained place. Unfortunately we didn't have more time, we were only on the property for two nights with the apartment and the dog. We would love to come back and explore the area more. Great for relaxing, absolute quiet at night. Beware, the property is in the highest PAC, you can not pour chem. TOILET. There is a superb toilet and shower on the property with ample hot water supply, so well taken care of.

A great starting point for cycling on the Bečva trail, perhaps with swimming in the Karolínka reservoir and the possibility of tasting local specialties in stylish restaurants and cafes 🙂 .
