Where do the property ratings come from?
Perfect amenities at each parking spot (water, electricity, and drainage at every spot); the grass is green—it could be a few centimeters shorter, but the lawnmowers didn’t feel like working (there are two of them there). Breakfast was great, about 100 CZK per person, with friendly service. I think there’s an extra charge of 250 CZK for the electrical hookup, but we didn’t need it. The site is right by the road, but that’s not a major issue, even though you could hear it a bit in the evening. The drain is at the back (sewer). Thank you, and I can recommend this place.

A perfect weekend. Parking on a nice, well-maintained meadow, with an electrical hookup, drinking water, and a gray water drain at every site. Everything is close at hand; the toilet waste disposal area is a short distance away so it doesn’t bother anyone. Simply great. There’s a guesthouse right next door, and the food there is excellent. Even though it’s a short distance from the road, it’s quiet and peaceful—the property is protected by a hedge and offers plenty of privacy. There are hiking trails in the area, or you can drive a few kilometers to K. Studánka and take the trail around B. Opava. We really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it.
