The land is marked, level, next to the owner's house. We arrived in the dark and had the extension cord ready as ordered. We didn't meet the owner until the morning. The gentleman was very helpful and after asking for a refill of drinking water he brought us several jugs of water. Right next to the property there is a beautiful nature trail around Holské rybníky which we and the children liked very much.

For us, definitely one star. It perfectly meets the conditions for sleeping outside the camp - no crowded area, no noise from the hospitality, no screaming children... Just peace and quiet on the edge of the village. We take the mown meadow and the fireplace as a great bonus. It's only a short walk to the ponds... and a short walk to "civilization". We arrived outside the usual time, after midnight, they prepared the electric connection and in the morning greeted us nicely over the fence if we needed anything...

The property is located in the middle of the residential area on Robert tiny little meadow of which is mowed just enough to fit two RVs. We wanted to cancel the booking because the place does not match the description the pictures. The owner is absolutely intransigent and does not want to refund us despite polite request the money. We have not stayed there because we did not want to sleep between apartment buildings and yet they have answered us only a day later that the owner does not want to refund us the money! Absolutely outrageous and that at a completely overpriced price!

Owner's reaction Objekt se nachází na konci obce vedle domu majitele, jak je popsané u přiložených fotografií, nikoli v zástavbě. Z pozemku cca 50 metrů jste hned na stezce uprostřed rybníků. Kdo chce psa bít hůl si vždycky najde. Tady není co dodat. Je u nás hezky. A předražená cena? Tolik možná stojí 2 piva na Octoberfestu.

Total satisfaction! The land is located right next to the road with minimal traffic, so definitely don't worry about the hustle and bustle. Nature trail around the ponds and through the woods just steps from the property and is great. Tip for a trip to Bučická mill we can only recommend. We will definitely be happy to return. And thank you for the nice welcome from the owner.

Nicely landscaped plot in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. Very nice Mr and Mrs landlord. Wonderful nature trail around Holské rybníky, which is very close to the property. We really liked it here. With more rain, you have to take into account a worse exit from the property.
