Stellpaltz is located in a quiet part of the historic village of Tetín in the southwestern part of the Central Bohemian Region, 31 km from the capital city of Prague. The territory of the village lies at the edge of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Karst, near the national nature reserve Koda and the nature reserve Tetínské skály.
