All ok level mowed lot spacious, with a beautiful view of the pond. The driveway is not yet adapted to high motorhomes. There are low branches that could damage the roof. It goes around the side of the football field on a dirt road. Nearby it is definitely worth visiting the Sovinec Castle, Pradedovo Museum, Makču Pikču Arboretum. Recommended 😁👍
