A nice, quiet, well-kept, and mainly accessible place, which does not lack much - sun and shade, mown grass, small and mature trees, forest in sight - rather within reach, pleasantly murmuring Mohelka river for your refreshment or cooling drinks, picnic set (bench / table), fireplace with grill, plenty of space for your activities, bathhouse, shower, if you need - you can also buy electricity or firewood.

The weather will not stop you, or at least you can stop a meter of snow, otherwise you do not have to worry about anything. There is a paved road on the property, so the tractor won't pull you out of the mud.

Count on higher humidity near the river and those who prefer complete solitude should count on the adjacent, but little frequented road, which can be seen from the plot - but this is only a tax for the excellent accessibility of the land even in bad weather.

We liked it very much, I believe you will like it too - thank you to the owners!
We have it a short drive away, so if it's not quite time for a longer trip, we'd be happy to return anytime.

A very nice place that is still being worked on for the better, the sleeping hut looked very nice from the outside. The seating by the fire pit was also very nice. Since we had rain both days, it would have been nice to have a place to sit to eat under the canopy, but it looked like that was in the plans too. Trampoline and sandpit perfect for our two year old. The bathhouse was beautifully clean, well equipped. Access was a little difficult, the road wasn't completely smooth but we made it with the trailer, slowly but well. The property has a beautiful view of the city.

The place was quiet and the garden nicely landscaped, plenty of firewood, access to the house with drinking water was fine. Communication with the owner was very pleasant. We were with a car with a smaller trailer, the car with the caravan plugged in would not go through the gate into the yard of the house. The owner of the property had warned us about this when we booked, but with the motorhome unplugged we got in with no problems. The ability to let the dogs run free on the fenced property was great.

Unbeatable! We've never seen this before. We could park wherever we wanted, we chose the parking lot in front of the hotel entrance overlooking the ski slope, but there is no electricity, we didn't need it. The hotel staff were beyond helpful, we were able to use the toilets next to reception, the pool and showers next to it for free at any time, which came in handy when it rained every day. They have two games rooms, a huge one by the pool and a smaller one by the cafe bar, both of which we could also use at any time. The food at the bar was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful, although there was a class reunion after 50 years in the hotel at the time, so a large number of people who also had music and such, we didn't know about them at all. Really a wonderful experience, we loved the surrounding countryside, we went on hikes with a two year old so not much for the hills but still had somewhere to go. The sandpit and swings were great too. We ended up staying a day longer. We would love to come back!

Quiet place, one has really privacy, I was there alone, but even if there was another crew so completely fine, arrival in all weather without problems, who has a longer caravan 7m and more will have it tiptop in the curves when entering from the main road. Would especially recommend to anyone with dogs.

Large flat plot. The little traveled road next to the plot did not disturb. Telephone communication with the owner without problems. Good starting point for trips. I recommend it.

Hello, we were here after 3 weeks and we were looking forward to peace and quiet. The owners again did not disappoint with their care and concern for our well-being. So for us, the heart is a little. In the evening we felt like in Egypt😀, illuminated trees, gazebo. Only the winter was Czech😃.

Beautiful place in a beautiful and pleasant area. The grounds are nicely landscaped, the electric posts at each site super and most appreciated the shower and of course the toilets. For cyclists a very strategic place to go out. We really liked it here.

Spacious place.If you require connection to electricity, the place for the motorhome is just behind the entrance on the left.The centre of Krumlov is about 15 minutes on foot.

A great and pretty cheap place. You have to walk to the surrounding destinations, but the nature around is beautiful. A minor drawback is the weak signal of the Vodafone operator. In the summer, definitely the possibility of swimming in the river. The toilets are great and the constant access to hot water and showers is a plus.
